Can anyone tell me what gender my silkie chick is?

I have 3 white silkie bantam chicks this one is only one with comb right now & they are 4 weeks old other 2 don't have any comb growing yet, I'm hoping hes a roo, i want at least one roo, thanks

Pictures are necessary to help. However even hatchery silkies are tough to sex at a month old.
