Can anyone tell me what kind of rooster I have?

    We got this rooster over the summer and I never have been able to find out what kind he is, does anyone have any ideas?

    [​IMG] I would guess a Wyandotte'/Buff Orpington cross or a Wyandotte/New Hampshire cross. He's a beauty.

    Wow what a Wyandotte. Probably somebody's color project. Not a recognized color, but I'd guess he all or mostly Wyandotte.

    I'd say a kind of funky quality buff Wyandotte, except those white legs. makes me think maybe mixed with Orpington.

    Thanks so much! He and our black australorp hatched out a bunch of chicks that are pretty cool looking but they make very weird sounds! (Not like any chicken I've ever heard) so I was trying to figure out if it might be breed characteristic of something he has in him!
