Rooster, but it looks like a Cochin mix to me. My Cochin has a lot more feathering on legs and feet.

He's a cochin mix,definitely a roo. His coloring looks partridge to me,but I can't really tell.

He then is 20 weeks and hasnt ever tried to crow isnt that odd?
