can black breeds have yellow shanks?

    seems like all black breeds have black shanks

    The Black Plymouth Rock isn't as popular in the U.S. as a Barred or White Rock but here is a Rooster and a Hen from a Germany site.

    Those are really good colored legs. I cant remember the last large Black Rock I saw. Wouldnt mind having some. I do see some bantams with pretty good leg color.

    Here is our Black Wyandotte Bantam cockerel.

    Note: This is from a line of Art Lundstrum Black Wyandottes via the Foleys. We bought him at Crossroads. He will be mated to a Mike Sayre line pullet.
