Hi! I’m trying to sprout some fodder for my geese. I’ve decided to use a wild bird seed blend that has milo, white millet, black oil sunflower seeds, safflower seed and whole peanuts. I’ve read that raw peanuts are toxic to geese is this true with the sprouts as well or should I just be on the safe side and pick out the peanuts since there’s not many in the bag? And while I’m at it are any of the other seeds toxic to geese that I've mentioned?

I can’t find anything on wether the plant is safe or not, when in doubt just chuck it out.

The others are all fine, safflower grows needles like thistle so I doubt they’ll bother with those though, but pollinators love it.

Ok that’s what I thought. There’s not many in the bag anyways and they aren’t hard to miss. Thank you
