Ok, ok, I'm half joking. But unfortunately I'm 95% sure one of our EEs is a he and not a she, especially after some very loud vocalizations this morning. Roosters are a no go here. So two questions, do you think we do in fact have a handsome boy? And, in my Google searching skills I saw something about a no crow collar. Thoughts?

My guess is that you do have a rooster. Yes some hens do crow but it usually later on in life. I've had 2 sebright hens that started crowing when they were about 4 years old. I've never used the no crow collar so I can't give you any advice on that.
