Can I eat first egg since hen went off meds?

My hen had a respiratory infection and was put on antibiotic and wormed...just in case.
Her treatment for worming was 3 days May7-9. She finished her antibiotic last Thursday.
She laid her first egg since she got sick yesterday. Is this egg safe to eat? Should I feed it to the dog? When can I eat her eggs?

I believe most antibiotics have a withdrawal date of 5 days. So I think it would be best to wait 5 days to be safe.
