Can I feed my chickens and ducks the leftover cooked brussel sprouts?

We have a couple leftover brussel sprouts from supper last night. They are cooked and have a little butter on them, but no salt. Can I feed them to my Silkies and Mallards?

I mixed it up with leftover macaroni and they went nuts! lol.

Woo Hoo....Brussel sprouts for my chickens. SOOOO glad. Had some in the freezer when it got unplugged. They will be thrilled!
