Can i give my Serama hen Amoxicillin?

my serama hen has a big hole under her right wing from a predator and i was wondering if i can give her amoxicillin? if so, How much?

She can have amoxicillin if she needs it. Dose is 125mg per 2.2 pounds twice a day by mouth. How much does she weigh?

unfortunately when winter came my poor little hen was just under too much stress and passed away. RIP
