Can I give this to my ducks

Can this be give to ducks as a vitamin b supplement?

Only problem I see is it being time released which I know we shouldn't give plain niacin to our birds if time released because it doesn't work like reg niacin that isn't time release of flush free so maybe best to try to find one that isn't time released. Sorry I should have said this in the first place.

Why can slow release not be given to ducks?
 
I don't believe it will help as it's time release. I'm not sure why this is, but I've heard it many times before. My guess would be due to the metabolism of ducks and the length of time it would or wouldn't be in the system compared to other animals that they won't be getting the vitamins they need out of it.
