Can I make incubator changes?

I am on day 10 of incubation and I am unhappy with the humidity control. I know there is no way I'll be able to get it high enough for lockdown. I would like the change the water pan in the bottom and try something else but I am afraid to make changes since the embryos are developing well so far. Thoughts? Will I mess anything up by making changes?

You can play around with it, they'll be ok. Just don't go too high or too low for a prolonged period of time (more than 18 hours of so).
