?Can I process a BBB at 12 weeks

Hi All,
Well i've had it with the BBB's. They are in a pen that is 25x25 with a coop. The rest of my flock is in the same pen. Silkies, Cochen, Crested, Frizzle. The turkeys just peck the crap out of everyone. They pecked the crests of the baby crested. They are mean, nasty, and I am ready to send them to freezer camp.
So can i go ahead and process them at 12 weeks?
I know they will be small but we are a family of 4 so small will be ok.

If it is an option where you live I would try free ranging them during the day to see if that eliminates the problem. They should be prime for processing in another month.
