Can I tell the gender by seeing who is highest in the pecking order? I have 4 silkie chicks. 2 seem to be roos and the other 2 seem to be girls

Maybe he has very young chicks that can not be sexed and it is kinda hard to sex day old bantams even tho some hatcheries sex bantams.

Oh I dont know yet they are about 7 weeks 4 days old, if any are males they are just starting to get those head feathers that point back a little bit
