Can I tell the gender by seeing who is highest in the pecking order? I have 4 silkie chicks. 2 seem to be roos and the other 2 seem to be girls

So can I tell the genders by who eats first. I hear that in the pecking order the boys eat first and the highest in the order eat first so the highest will almost always be a rooster but the lowest will be the smallest hen. Can I tell my 2 week old chicks gender by using this pecking order tool?

No, you cannot, and I do not think that this holds true for adult chickens either.

That does not work two of my pullets are 3 weeks old and were higher than my little rooster and the two girls fight a lot I even had hens square up to rooster.
