I'd like to know if i can use a baby thermometer in an incubator to know the temperature ?
Also do all thermometer's come with a humidity reader ?

No, human thermometers are contact thermometers, that measure ambient heat (air) and radiant heat - lightbulb poorly at best. Human thermometers are for contact with the heat source - skin, mouth or ear.

Incubators use wafer ones like gqf wafers to measure ambient temperature, water heater thermostats measure/react to radiant heat sources. Garden thermometers, digital ones can and do measure ambient heat . Some also measure humidity. I use those often.
