Can I use the antibiotic sulfameth/trimethoprimto treat bumblefoot?

My one year old Pekin Poopsey I believe had bumblefoot I tried Epsom salt and even cutting it open but nothing came out! It never had a scab either! I have some antibiotics but not sure if they're the right kind! At this point I continue to soak her foot in Epsom salt and warm water four or five times a day and then poor peroxide over it and then spray blue kote over it and wrap it with a bandage but I don't think it's healing at all!

The blue kote makes it hard to see.
@casportpony or @Miss Lydia may be able to advise on antibiotics for Ducks.
I don't know much about ducks at all.

The joint looks pretty big, I think it would be best to have a vet look at it if possible.

Ok I was told I could get amoxi tabs from Walmart for cats and dogs to use for her???

I can't afford a vet rn! I've got a friend who knows a vet I got some amoxicillin for her 250 mg a day for 3 to 5 days!
