My hen has always had a squishy crop since the day I got her a year ago. I thought i might be sour crop so I treated her with ACV and garlic and oregano. I withheld feeding also until her crop was flat and empty. After her crop was flat I put her back with the others and her crop went squishy again. Her breath doesn't smell and she still lays eggs and acts normal. Her crop isn't bigger than a normal crop and it isn't hot and her breath does not smell. Could it be possible for a hen just to have a naturally squishy crop?

    Hello!

I think, that if she is acting and looking healthy, then don't worry. She's fine. I don't ever try and feel my chicken's crops unless they're starting to act strangely.
