Can my 5 week old Black Star girls have treats?

I've been feeding my 5 week old Black Star girls medicated crumbles for the past two weeks when I brought them home. Are they ready for a clump of dirt? Dried mealy worms? What treats should I introduce them to?

Oh, yes, they can have treats! Be sure to provide grit (all purpose sand, not play sand will do). Meal worms, yogurt, finely shredded carrots, or any shredded greens, or mild cheese, or cooked peas, or dry oatmeal...

Mine are 5 weeks old, I've given them yogurt, lettuce, spinach, june bugs, grass clippings, grapes, black beans, and bananas. I love them!

My girls are about 5 1/2 - 6 weeks & they won't touch bananas. They do go CrAzY over small mealworms though. It's so funny to watch them w/ the worms. They also LoVe the outside playtime in the yard. Dandelion leaves seem to be a fave!
