I was wondering if my female duck could breed with her son. Because my other drake lost the battle over the girl and is now all beat up so i got rid of him and now the mother and son are making a nest and stay around it all day long but there is no eggs. So I was wondering if there would be any mutations or watever but they are the same breed and also the mom didnt hatch them my mother hen chicken did and then i raised it and he is now my best freind and he follows me.

Ok thanks because I want some baby's to hatch and the mom is 2 years old and the son is 1 year old so the female never sat on eggs but this is the first time seeing this happen

You will be fine.. Ducks can breed mother to son and father to daughter. Breeding siblings is the only way it will affect hatches and ducklings.
