Can Not Post To Classifieds

Hi

I'm a new member. I am trying to post to classifieds. I have 20 posts under my belt and have read all rules and tried to respond with agreed, but it won't let me. I can't post anything in classifieds. What am I doing wrong?

When you have more posts it will let you but I don't know how many you need.

It takes a few hours for the system to recognize that you have 20 posts
