can someone help me with entry to a fair?

I'd like to enter some of my birds in the local agricultural fair as a learning experience, can you tell me which I should enter? I'm not familiar with standards/colors, are any of these acceptable?

Lemonblue cochin bantam
Lavender orpington
Polish- frizzle blue, wc blue, wc cuckoo

i think pictures would help. Have you looked at the fair book? It usually has some guidance. OUr local fair only has hen, pullet, roo, cockerel, in large and bantam. So all the breeds get put in together. Some larger fairs actually have more detailed categories.
