    Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. It's a mixed breed rooster; probably an Easter Egger (if it carries the blue egg gene).     To start a new thread, go up to the "Forum" tab. Under "forum" find the category you would like your thread placed under. Click on that category. Go a little bit down the left side of the page until you come to the blue "Start a new thread button". Click on that and you can start a new thread. Good luck!
