    Was it from a hatchery? Can we get a little background info? The picture didn't show up for me, either.. LOL.. I wanna help but I can't..

    I doubt its a silkie mix. No foot/leg feathers, no 5 toes. Maybe an EE or Americauna mix (furry cheeks)?

    Nope, they threw it in! Speckled Sussex was one thought but not sure. We ordered all females so our luck it's a boy.

    looks like an oeg or pheonix to me some kind of duckwing can't tell with the lighting and not a face shot but that's the closest i can think of going by the pic. definately not a silkie and i don't think SS either but i haven't seen to many of those babies.

    Well I can tell from the picture that it doesnt have a single comb. I would look at MM site or catalog and see what breeds they offer as the "rare chick" and narrow down your options there?
