Can someone tell me if these are welsumers

Do these baby chicks look like welsumers? I was told they were but I'm just not sure of it...if you don't think so, then what are your guesses?

Did you buy them as Welsummers, or did someone just guess? They look a lot like the Welsummer chicks I saw yesterday.
Another breed they resemble would be Speckled Sussex.

Are the legs more yellow or white? Pic isnt really clear on that(at least on my phone, lol)

Looking at your pic, what I notice is the white on the chest. Looks just like the OP's pic if you look
