Can someone tell me the sex of these chickens? I was told they were hens when I got them, I'm hoping they were right!

So far we haven't seen any eggs, but I'm hoping it's just due to the winter?

No crowing either, but I just want to be safe and get an opinion!

    Thanks!!

From here I would say hens, but a close-up of the combs on the younger ones would help. [IMG]

Yes, they all appear to be pullets and not ready to lay yet.

I say all hens - but the Delaware has some pretty large feet..

Edit: Ok, now that I look again they don't look that big. [IMG]

Thanks, these were taken last November. I'll try and get some more updated pictures up, as they are bigger now etc.

    But thanks, I'm feeling better!

And yes, it does have really big feet. At least I think so, for being a city girl! I'm actually surprised how big they have gotten, I didn't realize chickens could be so big!

They look just like my hens, just maybe a little younger.
