Help, will this chick die??

View attachment 1785584 Around 7 hours ago, I checked my last egg, it had internally pip, I decided to intervene since It was 2 days late.Well, you see, it started to bleed.I freaked out so I decided to delay assisting it. I took a picture of it, it is day 23, was i too rough? I feel like I killed it. it was pipping louder than it was.. will this chick die? Did I pull off too much shell? The bleeding did stop but it seems that the chick is facing opposite of the hole I made.. any ideas on what I should do would be great

I feel absolutely terrible.. feeling like I wrote this tiny chick a death sentence.. it's 12 right now I cant stop thinking about the chick.. I hope it makes it through the night
