Can you get a picture of the comb from the front? I’m having a hard time seeing if there’s wattles, but it looks like there might be streamers coming from the poof, so it might be male.

That's a tough one. I had a cockerel that looked exactly like that. I guessed it was a pullet up until it crowed. Sneaky little things. For that reason, I vote cockerel.

I really, really want to say pullet. There are no waddles and no red comb. Normally that would indicate pullet. However, I had one almost identical to this...no waddles/comb until about 8-9 months old then "bam" it was a cockerel. I was so mad. I'm hoping it's a pullet!!
