Can you add another chick to a brood

Just wanted to thank you all for the comments on this one. We easily added two new chicks to our little flock. Our first three are 1 week old today and the new two are 5 days old. Here's a picture of our two new babies, Hedwig and Bella. They are English Orpingtons. Hedwig is a splash and will be mainly white with splashes of blue or black. And Bella is either a very dark blue or a black or a combination (maybe black on top with a blue bottom - as her lower part is lighter at this point).

I think it's safe to do. The chicks are too young to hurt each other anyways.
