So I was thinking about introducing fermented feed to the farm I work at. But here's the interesting thing. We get TONS of bagels to eat for lunch every day, and never use them up. Can you ferment bagels? We could ferment them and feed them to the chickens we have on the farm. Does anyone foresee problems with this? The chickens would be getting layer pellets in addition, so bagels would not be their primary source of nutrition.
