Has anybody ever froze it after it was already made?What is the texture does it get mushy?
I don't think I'd recommend it.
The cabbage will get limp and a creamy/mayo dressing will seperate.
There are freezer coleslaws made with vinegar and sugar.
there's cole slaw left over to freeze?
It will be really gross...
I believe you should be able to "can" it.

The girl I work with went to a funeral and they gave her the left over slaw and it was like 2 gallons.She asked me an I didnt know.
