Can you help figure out the age of my baby chicks?

Hi,

I just received these baby chicks about 9 days ago, but I don't know their age. Any guesses? When can they go outside and do I need to put a heat source out there in the coop? Suggestions for what type? I have one egg-laying hen there now. It's been about 55-65 F at night and between 75 - 82 F during the day. Any help woud be much appreciated, I've only had the other chicken for several months now.
