Any insight on if these are pullets or cockerel?

1) 8.5 wk Silver Lace Polish.. my other polish who is the same age is much smaller than this one, and rounded feathers.







2) 8.5 wk Cuckoo Maran.

That doesn't look like a cuckoo Marans. That looks more like a Dominique comb. It is a cockerel.
