Can You Mix Chicken Breeds?

I have a Sebright rooster and 2 black frizzle hens and 1 black cochin. Can I breed these? The reason I am asking is because I have 6 rooster to my 3 hens and I am trying to figure out what rooster I would like to keep. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

i had my sebright roo and hen iin with my two frizzles they were fine =]
they got along really well. Yeah u can breed them they would just be mix breed
