I was out changing the water for my pulllets and one of my light Brahmas was acting funny. It acted like it was constipated..she is 18 weeks old. So I went to check her bottom and had separated her in the coop away from the other pullets in the run. She was laying very close to the feeder still not acting very well. I went in to get a flashlight to get a closer look and she had died in those few minutes I was away. Did I scare her to death?

As I am relatively new.. My personal guess is that there was already something going wrong when you checked her bottom and removed her the other pullets. It sounds more like she was already dying. Of what? Would be a good question. Again I do not think you scared her to death. That is my opinion.
