Can you sex Cochin chicks??

I just hatched my first chick, and it is either a black or blue cochin, not sure on that yet. It does have a silvery color to it, it looks like, but it is still wet. Can you tell if it is a boy or a girl this young, or do you have to wait till their older?

It usually takes 4-5 weeks to tell the sex on most breeds, unless they are sex linked.
