We are having our annual cookout tomorrow and expecting about 50 people. We have many packages of Johnsonville original brats and today I parboiled them in beer and onions. Tomorrow DH will grill them and I'll put 8 pounds of sauerkraut in the crock pot. Guests will bring a dish to pass. Oh, if you can't smell the beer, maybe the smell of lemon cleaner is overpowing it - - - the house is sparkling clean!
