I have eleven 3 & 1/2 week old chicks. I'm wondering 2 of their genders. I don't know if it's too early to tell. Can you help me with them? Let me know if you need anymore pics! [IMG]

Way too early to tell for a silkie but if they were mine I would guess first one boy and second one girl. Definitely don't take it to the bank. [IMG]

Quote:Partridge can often be sexed at two months. Winter looks blue. Right? Post photos again at three months but often you can't tell until they crow or lay an egg. Even crowing isn't a sure thing! [IMG]

if i had to gander at a guess i would say the first one looks like it has a bit more of a raised comb thats also wider than the 2nd so i would have to say roo for the first one and hen for the 2nd one. it is really to early to tell though try posting pics when they are 2-3 months old
