Can you tell?

Any idea whether my little Black Silkie Bantams are male or female? I have no clue how to tell. Getting them to stand still long enough for a picture is a challenge in itself. I hope these are clear enough. They are 5 weeks old now.

Not good with silkies, simply a guess I would say the top is a male and cant really tell on the bottom one, but I am leaning towards male as well.

They are my favorites and I cant keep males.

I was afraid the way their feathers were on the tops of their heads was looking more male'ish.

I hope not
