I have a hen that I believe is on her way out, I've tried everything. I would like to try pain killer to see if that changes her. What I have on hand is injectable banamine, I can inject or give orally.
The only thing I can imagine is that she has a tumor or internal egg laying. IDK, I can't feel anything that would indicate this but nothing else fits, she is worse today I can't get her to eat at all and she keeps both eyes closed, but stays standing most of the time.

Help!

I've never used Banamine on poultry myself, but a breeder posted recently on the ASBC forum that he uses it for wry neck given 1/10 cc injected under the skin on the neck with an insulin syringe/needle. So probably worth a try.

Hope so - the stuff works great on horses and think the breeder who uses it on his birds got instructions for poultry use from his horse vet.
