can you use nix on chickens?

I am tired of fighting the chicken lice my newbie has and was wondering if you can bath him in nix childrens lice shampoo?

Use Sevin powder from the garden section of your big box store (Wal-Mart, etc.) in the red and yellow cylindrical can.

Dust them, fluff them up, and do it again in 10 days.
