I eat flaxseed with every meal, and a ton of blueberries... I'm addicted (but then, so are the chickens). I was just reading some but can't remember. What are some other cancer preventive foods?

I will not make myself eat pomegranate seeds. [IMG]

a few things to stay away from are refined flours and sugars,,they have actually been proven to feed cancers.

Turmeric is supposed to be good for stopping bleeding, although I haven't tried it. It's handy to keep in the kitchen just in case.

    Also:

Flaxseed is better consumed ground than whole.

I don't know about tumeric, but powdered alum is a good 'blood stop powder.'

Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and carrots are beneficial.

fruits and veggies, almost all of them....they all contain antioxidants....coffee and tea and chocolate and red wine

Eat a healthy diet and don't worry about eating specific foods to prevent cancer.
