I put eggs in incubator today, my first time doing this. How many days in the incubator should I be able to candle the eggs to see if they are developing?

What color are they? Brown's take 5-6 days. Dark brown (Marans, Barnevelder, Welsummer) require 7-8, at least. Green or blue is maybe 4-6. White's can be seen as early as 3-4.

Most typically candle on day 7, thats when its easiest to see development, especially if you're new to incubating and aren't really sure what you're looking for. Thats when I'd start, if I were you. And if you have clears or eggs you aren't sure of, pop them back in and let them go another week. By 2 weeks in, what's good and what's bad is very obvious.

Good luck with your first hatch!
