candling info ?

    I have an egg that is 7 to 8 days old does this look correct when candled. [​IMG] or is it a quitter it very dark inside egg so hard to see much any info greatly appreciated

    It is hard to see your egg clearly, but I'm leaning towards it being alive/growing.

    I thought I had quitters but by day 14 they obviously had more development, and it was really easy to tell those that hadn't developed. They aren't going to go rotten and explode that quickly so I'd just sit on my hands and wait another week and then decide.

    I would say that your egg is definitely fertile and is likely developing fine. Good luck with the incubation!

    It is a bit too early to tell if this is a quitter or not. I would hold off on judgement for a few more days.

    I can't see many veins but it is a very dark egg ??? And not sure if my light strong enough
