Do you process in the water bath for 10 minutes once the water comes back to a boil or just have them in there for 10 minutes? Thanks -

depends on what your canning but definately 10 minutes after the water starts back boiling.....water covering about 2 inches over your jar

I'm doing pickled quail eggs. They've been in now for 10 minutes and the water still hasn't come back to a boil...?

You want them at a boil for the full processing time.

Quote:I didn't but I put it on after you answered the first time and it did come back to a boil faster. They are out - thank you for your help!
