Solved Can't login

I am here under @lizzyGSR usually. I had to sign up under a new name to get back in. Using "forgot password" hasn't helped, and neither has the link to contact BYC. Is there any way I can salvage my original username/e-mail login with BYC?

I cleared all of the blocked e-mail addresses in my e-mail to make sure the e-mails from BYC weren't getting blocked, and that hasn't helped at all. Please help me get my profile back!

My original username is @lizzyGSR . I created @lizzyGSR2 just so I could log back in.

I have tried on a mobile device (iPhone using Safari) and a desktop computer (Windows 7 using Chrome). I have had the same results on both devices.

What message are you getting?

You can use the password reset tool, but if that doesn't work, use the "contact us" link to request that we manually reset your password and send it to that email account.

(Note, for privacy reasons, we have to use the email address you have on file for that account.)
