carolian coop day 7

the chicks re outside in the run and I am ready to take a day off and go to work. The run is 8x16 4 ft high and the coop is 8x7.5 and 18" off the ground the kids love it and they love the tidbits that I have been giving them from the garden. we planted 12 watermelon and 40 squash plants this year and will have plenty to share. here are some recent pics needs roofed and some light interior finish then I start on the mobile tractor for chicken road trips around the yard.

looks nice but been in north carolina and it rains hard, the water will run straight in the run and it will be real wet. just heads up there.

Iwill be putting a diverter system to channel the water to the side and allow it to drain away from the coop.
