These coops sell on our site for 1,000 then the cedar siding upgrade is another 100. We built this one for a chicken event and thought we had it sold. It is now sitting in our front yard ready for its forever home... and discounted $200!!! The materials alone for this coop are almost $400. We can deliver locally for free (20 mi. radius) After 20 mi, we charge $1 per mi.

nice vacation for a week with ALL emenities provided in return for that coop!!!! Id even cancel allready booked renters to accomodate
