Cause of occasional Diarrhea?

Newbie Question!!

I have some two week old chicks that experience occasional diarrhea. I know it is occasional because I am just watching them all the time!!

Just about all of them have it several times a day with the regular poo the rest of the time.

Can they have temporary diarrhea when something stresses them? Like when I pick them up to love on them and put them back....could that cause it...then go back to normal when I leave them alone?

Or could it be something else? They are acting fine, eating well, napping regularly, picking through the pine shavings regularly, trying to "fly the brooder" regularly.

Any ideas?

I think what you are seeing is cecal poo. It's creamy and not chunky like their regular poo. Perfectly normal.
