Ceramic eggs to prevent peckers

so i have a few girls who have been pecking if not eating the eggs...i otrder 12 ceramic eggs to put in nesting boxes but not sure how many i should out in each box...i have 12 birds and 7 boxes... 12 fake eggs...any help is appreciated...thanks in advance

I read that you're supposed to put 2 in each nest box.
