Ceylon Cinnamon since I cant do a search on my old Browser (site keeps relading) well anyway

Plus long time ago someone a said to buy the whole cinnamon "rolls" cause lots of fake out there ....Just like fake news from major media. LOL
usually buy the organi like "Frontier" but unfortunately it doesnt say what kind it is.

I bought Frontier brand at Amazon and it is good, but have since found the same at my local Fresh Thyme (grocery).
